We mainly use next working day courier (12:00 cut off Monday to Friday for same day shipping, although not guaranteed as we do occasionally carry out long distance tub installs. If so then the parcel would ship the following working day at worst case. We will not refund shipping costs if there are courier delays as that is beyond our control and we have paid for the shipment.) for all parts & chemical delivery as most of the time the orders are over £60 and therefore qualifies for free shipping, so you pay nothing!
Ireland & Europe
Shipping costs are listed below for each country. If your country is not listed then please contact us by email and we can provide a quote. Also if you know your item is small like pumps parts, heater parts, jets, then if it weighs less than 1kg Royal Mail International Postage can work out cheaper than a courier. Let us know what you wish to order and we can quote this option against the courier price.
Large items such as Winterwise covers and tub insulated covers are too large to ship economically outside of the UK, therefore these shipping costs do not include for such items. Please email should you wish for us to supply a shipping quote for large items.
Rest of World
We ship regularly to distant places e.g. Australia. Please email if your country is not listed and we can provide a quote.
