Hi, I am Darren, founder and owner of Mr Tubby Ltd. I purchased my first hot tub back in 2002. It was the typical blue granite 2.0m square tub, costing £9000 back then! But it was great...... Everyone loved it but either could not afford one, or chose not to buy one as you could get a new car for cheaper, so was it worth it????

Well, after a few months it had a problem so being an electrical engineer I took the panel off to have a look - aahhhhh, it looked like a shell on a couple of wooden pallets.... for £9000.....

So, how do you make the hot tub experience affordable and simple, Mr Tubby was born.
I setup the business alongside my Engineering Management day job then in 2005 went for it. Having tubs built to my specification (down to the component parts like the jets, lights and control system), I ship them in the largest containers direct to my warehouse so cutting out the 'middle men'. 

Here we are in 2012 with hunders of hot tubs installed across Europe including France, Spain, Malta, Slovakia ..... Every county across Scotland, Wales and England. And then there is Essex, what I call the 'Hot Tub Capital of the World', being there most months.

Then came the parts and accessories to compliment the volume of tub sales, not only my own but I source the parts to repair and enhance other companies tubs. Continually growing we now are one of the largest online parts and accessories outlets and I still have hundreds of items to add to the shop when I get a minute....
